Saldanha - Food safety

There were no incidents of non-compliance with regulations resulting in a fine or penalty or that resulted in a warning.

 All products are evaluated through the NRCS before release.

 Non-compliances realised as part of the FSSC 22000 system are recorded as part of the internal audit system and closed out with minimum delay. These are reported during the external audits.

Feedback from customer complaints has been well received and has all been closed off with no further feedback from the customer.
